This morning is cool and crisp and it reminds me of this apple painted in 2016 and this quote. It has been a long hot summer here in Chico, full of smoke and air from fires that wasn't so easy to breathe. But now it is cool and crisp and I am grateful for September 1st. This is a perfect quote for today, it seems to me.
