Our fields have been full of outrageous blooms of poppies and lupin. Our orchards' blooms have been spectacular. I've had fun exploring the genus and botanical names for the lupin growing here and have learned so much.
I was so amazed at the beautiful Mission blue butterfly that is dependent upon the lupin for it's existence. So much to learn about the beautiful butterflies and bees that are in concert with the fragrant Lupinus albifrons and Mission Blue butterfly.
