A DIFFERENT KIND OF EASTER

Updated: Apr 11, 2020

We will be attending church on our lap top as our pastor delivers his Easter sermon on Facebook Live. Later we will gather with Hub's family on Zoom. It's not how we thought it would be this year. Our children have grounded us and Easter will find us in our 5th week of sheltering in place (due to our advanced ages).

Nevertheless, we feel the love of our friends and family. Our hearts ache for the tragic numbers we see climbing every day. Hub has been managing our garden and I've been sewing masks for my family. Sewing doesn't come as easy as it did when I was younger so once the family has the masks they need, I will be back to painting.

Happy Easter, dear friends. Let me know how you’re spending Easter this year. I pray you find the blessings God has for you even in this terrible time. We're all in it together.
