IT'S HERE!

Updated: Oct 15, 2020

YAY! I'm doing a happy dance. A year's worth of work has all been brought into our yearly calendar. I know that some of you prefer scripture art and some like the botanicals. So my calendars in the past have had a mix of the two.

In January, while sorting out my bujo journal, I made the decision to paint a flower of the month during the year 2020 and offer 2 calendars at the end of the year. I thought one with the birth flowers, and one with only scripture. The scripture calendar (at the time I'm writing this post) is all ready to print with the exception of December. I'm in the process of painting a Christmas painting now. If it turns out the way I envision it to be, it will be a painting of the nativity. So, the floral calendar is ready and listed on Etsy, and the second calendar is still being processed.

For the floral calendar, I have 4 American walnut holders so if you look at our listing on Etsy you will be able to purchase 4 sets, or if you already have a holder (or want to frame each month to hang on a wall), you will only need the calendar pages. The cost for calendar only is $25.00 and with the holder $30.00. This year, hub is planning on using American redwood for the holders. I can hardly wait to see them. I love raw redwood.

In the mean time, here are more photos of the Birth Flower Calendar

This is the front.

Some like to slip the 5X7 inch calendar page into their favorite frame and hang it on the wall, or prop it on the desk. The pages are designed to do both.

And here is the back. You can see what each page looks like laid out.

This is how the calendar will arrive. It will be slipped into a cellophane sleeve and tied up with a bow of raffia. Then wrapped in white tissue paper and sent in a rigid mailer. If the set is ordered, it will be the same, only the holder will also be wrapped in tissue paper and the set placed in a rigid box.
